These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and pantas44 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the pantas44 website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between users and pantas44. Should there be any conflict between those documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Use of the pantas44 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Not prohibited by any local or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Registering an account in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not an officer, agent, partner or immediate family member of any pantas44 staff.
• Holding only one active registered account at any given time.

Each user is required to register one valid account in order to use pantas44 services. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name as per your MyKad, an active email address and a valid mobile number.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that take place under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team via live chat or email immediately.

• Your username and password must not be shared with any other party.
• Users are not permitted to transfer account ownership to another individual.
• Inactive accounts may be subject to periodic review.
• Each account must be linked to a unique mobile number that has not been used on any other account on this platform.

pantas44 accepts a range of secure payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players. All transactions are processed through encrypted channels to protect your financial information.

Payment methods currently accepted by pantas44 are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including all major Malaysian banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

Minimum Amounts: The minimum deposit is RM30 for each payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is submitted and verified.

Funds deposited into a pantas44 account do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user. pantas44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving certain withdrawals.

pantas44 offers various promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms set out when the promotion is launched. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses offered by this platform.

Welcome Bonus: The pantas44 welcome bonus gives 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus must be wagered 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. Your wagering requirement is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. Another example: A deposit of RM1,600 yields a bonus of RM888, a balance of RM2,488, and a wagering requirement of RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per account unless stated otherwise.
• pantas44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through invalid methods or abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash before the wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account termination.

All bets placed at pantas44 are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules for each game category available. In the event of a conflict, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled except for technical reasons recognised by the platform.
• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or live results from licensed game providers.
• Any technical disruption that affects a game result will be handled in accordance with pantas44's resolution policy.
• Winnings are credited to the account after the result is confirmed by the system.
• pantas44 reserves the right to withhold payment for investigation purposes if there is any doubt regarding the validity of a bet.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the pantas44 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in disciplinary action including account termination and withholding of balances.

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information.
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate the game or payment system.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or dishonest exploitation of promotions.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Conducting any money laundering activities through this platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other users.

pantas44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of these Terms or at the platform's discretion. Users may also request voluntary account closure through our customer service.

If an account is terminated for disciplinary reasons, any outstanding balance will be determined through an internal investigation. Valid balances will be returned to the user's original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 24/7 support via live chat or email.
• Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes will be processed within a short timeframe.
• All transaction history and account records will be retained in accordance with international licensing requirements even after account termination.

pantas44 and its business partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and pantas44 does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, fully secure or error-free. Users acknowledge that use of this service is at their own risk.

pantas44's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim being raised.

pantas44 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this website and the effective date will be updated at the top of the document.

Continued use of the pantas44 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction where pantas44 is registered and operates. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the purpose of resolving any disputes.

Before bringing any dispute to court, users are encouraged to contact the pantas44 customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 support channels in Malay or English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
